Our story begins in 2017, when a small family dream turned into Sydney’s first Cannoli Bar. From a tiny shopfront in South Hurstville, we piped our cannoli fresh on the spot, using our Nonna Angelina’s cherished family recipes — shells crisp, ricotta cream smooth, each one made with love and care. What started as a humble idea quickly grew into a neighbourhood favourite, with locals lining up for that first bite of authentic Italian tradition.

By 2022 we relocated to a larger space in Kogarah, now our flagship Cannoli Bar, and home to The Piccola Edit where we could share more of what we love: coffee, cannoli and curated finds. Here, the ritual of un caffè con dolce (coffee with something sweet) is alive and well.

While our space has grown, our philosophy remains the same:

Every day, we source fresh ingredients from local Sydney artisans, including award-winning ricotta — so that every cannolo is one you can both trust and love. And while we now welcome cannoli lovers from all over Sydney (and beyond), we remain a small family-run cannoleria, dedicated to craft, heritage, and community.
