Because many of our items are handmade, made to order, perishable or limited in nature, please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Any return request must be submitted by email to ciao@cannoleriapiccola.com.au within 7 days of receipt.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and let you know whether it has been approved and what the next steps are.
Due to the perishable nature of our food and beverage products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind on these items.

Due to the nature of our business and the volume of orders and correspondence we receive, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
This is especially important for fresh food products, as preparation may begin shortly after your order is received.
If you believe an item you received is faulty, incorrect, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or otherwise does not meet your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible at ciao@cannoleriapiccola.com.au so we can review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, replacement, repair, exchange, store credit or another suitable remedy required by law.
We may ask for relevant details about your order, including photographs where appropriate, to help us assess the issue promptly.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, limits or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. In some cases of a major problem, the customer may choose a refund or replacement, while for a minor problem the business may first choose to repair or otherwise fix the issue.
We do not accept returns that have not been approved by us first.
If an item is sent back without prior approval, we reserve the right to decline the return and contact you with further instructions.
